Well cooked BBQ. The cattle ribs just fall apart and are huge. You get your money. I was excited to try the Mac and cheese, but they were over when I was there....

So good! I won't think about going somewhere else except Byrds for bbq. He's so personal and really does work in what he does. It definitely shows in the taste...
