The Smoked Asian - Poulsbo

I saw the restaurant, tried the food, and left feeling disappointed. The Yakisoba was unappetizing, and although the lumpia was decent, they were tiny—less than 2 inches each, and I only got four in total. The photos posted online make them look much larger than what I received. They were also out of ribs. To top it all off, my bill came to $80. It felt like they were running low on food and served me leftovers instead, but charged full price. If you're looking for Asian cuisine, I recommend Blossom; for BBQ, go to Danny's. You'll thank me later.

The food was just alright. I tried the signature noodles with crispy pork belly, but they ended up being an oily yellow fried noodle. The pork belly was reasonably crispy, which was a plus. Overall, it was decent but not outstanding. I had higher expectations based on previous reviews, but it's not somewhere I'd make a special trip to visit.

I finally had the chance to try this restaurant, and I was not disappointed! I ordered the brisket lumpia, and it was absolutely fantastic! The lumpia was incredibly light and crispy, and I enjoyed every single bite. I also had the pulled pork smoked Asian sandwich, which was equally delicious. The flavors of the spices were pronounced, and I especially loved the wasabi coleslaw and onion ring that came with it. The service was both friendly and prompt. It's clear that the owners take great pride in what they serve. Everything was so good!

Wonderful brisket! Ok I have been here twice and I am now convinced it is the best bbq in the Seattle area. And so creative for the fusion with some of my favorite Asian favorites. The congee with crispy pork belly is so craveworthy! And the yakisoba withbrisket I tried tonight was great too. And if you love omelet fried rice then you have to see how great it is with smokedbrisket!

As a fellow veteran I salute this place 1000% I had the fried rice w/brisket ????????. Then I ordered a mix plate with ribs, brisket, beans chicken OMG!!!!! DEEEEELICIOUS unfortunately the chicken was sold out but those beeeeeans!!!! Whewww who madethose!! They are ???? delicious. I got to the end of my meal and realized I had a cup of bbq sauce tell me why I was dipping myfinger in it eating the sauce ????????. I need a sealed bottle of that to take back home to Texas!!! If I had another cup I?dhave it drizzled over the fried rice brisket. I?m serious about that bbq sauce I need a bottle please .
