R.S. Restaurant - Pouskar

This restaurant offers the best Indian cuisine in Pushkar. Just a little more attention to cleanliness is required, but other than that, everything is perfect.

This restaurant caters mainly to Indian tourists. We tried four different dishes and all of them were delicious. The dal makhani stood out as particularly tasty, and the mixed vegetable dish had plenty of sautéed paneer mixed in. The only downside was that the quick service made it seem like the food may not have been freshly cooked to order, though everything still tasted reasonably fresh.

I ordered the paneer masala dosa at this restaurant. The dosa was good, but the sauce and soup were not fresh and seemed to have been made a few days prior. When I brought this to their attention, they made excuses and did not offer to replace the food or provide a discount or apology. The prices were also not inexpensive. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Dal makhani was particularly tasty and the mix veg had generous peices of sautéed paneer running through it.My only concern was the speed of service suggested the food hadn't been cooked to order but everything seemed reasonably fresh.

I ordered paneer masala dosa here.Dosa itself was good, but the sauce and soup were not fresh, bad.I think they made those some days before.When I complained about it, they just kept making excuses and didn't change the food or give me any discount or even apology.Prices are not cheap even.Not recommend.
