I phoned on the off chance for a table for lunch and so thankful I did. The pub has a great atmosphere and we were greeted with a friendly face and nothing was too much trouble. The pub is dog friendly which was great for us to take ours along. We had the beef burgers which were delicious and well presented. I would highly recommend a visit here. Thank you

I cannot rate this place high enough. Lovely friendly staff. Maybe not so much Leo the dog, I think he was only being friendly because he wanted my dinner. Food was gorgeous, clean tables, parking available. Generous staff. Most places brag about winning awards but here? They deserve them. My only gripe? I visited on a long journey back to the midlands so its too far for me to visit as regularly as I'd like. Price per person: £20–30
