Placed an order for delivery, for starters they'd run out of chicken, so we ended up with just Kentucky Fried. After finally choosing our meal, a full hour before close. Hour and a half later we get an order cancelled' email.As a diabetic, I need to medicate half an hour before eating once the confirmation email came through that's what I did. So now I have a low blood sugar and need to order and wait for something else.

Too many delivery orders to handle!! I was treating my daughter to a KFC tea last night. We walked into the shop and there was one other customer there, who was seemingly a delivery driver, waiting for an order. All seemed well at first, until around 15 minutes after we ordered when there were another half a dozen delivery drivers in the shop, 2 other walk in customers and still my daughter and I had not received our food! The staff were frantically filling HUGE bags with food and shouting about needing more chicken. I eventually saw our meals literally being thrown into a bag and, 20 minutes after we ordered we received our food...only to get home and realise that, the force used to pack' our bag had spilled gravy ALL OVER the box inside, which was now buckling due to everything now being soggy. Luckily the gravy didn't escape into the paper bag and end up all over the car and my daughter. Whoever owns this franchise need to be less greedy and not simply accept ALL delivery orders in view of actually serving their walk in customers properly...and save their staff from running round like headless chickens! We won't be returning.

No parking. You can throw your car somewhere at the back of terraced house at someone's parking and then walk around. Long waiting time.

Walked in to see three teenage girls awkwardly staring at me and no one taking my order for a minute, gave me one less chicken fillet than asked for, only got 5 pieces of popcorn chicken and they didn't give me my drink, hurrendous

This place is terrible. kentucky fried chicken, so what do they expect to chicken. they had none. I went out of this, but then I had to make a huge long way to get somewhere selling decent food. I'll never ever come back here. please give us a free food (we have our pizzas from another supplier btw) please change and have them at least one huh there. my workers were dishonest in their service.
