The pub is run by a fantastic host who knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere for her customers. I absolutely love it.

Went for lunch to the Wheatsheaf, our first visit. Very quiet on Thursday lunch, lovely staff, quick service. I had the gammon, perfectly cooked with really good chips, egg, peas pineapple, delicious, couldn't fault it. My husband had fish chips, again the chips were great but the fish was nothing special. He had chocolate fudge cake enjoyed it. Good value, would go again.
