Wendy's - Preston

This is the best Wendy's in the valley! The manager, Andrew, is exceptional, and the new employee, Maddy, is wonderful! Thank you both for a fantastic dining experience!

The service at this restaurant is fast and welcoming! We used a coupon from the Wendy's app to get two homestyle chicken sandwiches for the price of one. It's definitely one of my favorite sandwiches!

The picture really captures my feelings about the customer service here. I don’t have high expectations from Wendy’s, but it’s becoming quite disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was served cold, and the coffee was only lukewarm. They added sugar to my coffee without my request, which was quite frustrating. There was only regular coffee available, with no decaf options offered. The staff at the counter seemed indifferent, which really added to the overall disappointing experience. Rating for the food: 1/5.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade with my meal, but unfortunately, I found something that looked like an acrylic nail in my drink. That really put a damper on my appetite. Food rating: 3/5.
