Mcdonald's - Prestonsburg

Took them 20 minutes to make two biscuits. and they were all hateful and on their phones.

The lady was very rude I had to get 1 single cheese burger fixed 4 times including my daughter burger from her happy

Extremely good people nice place to be only really downfall is they overcooked my McMuffin bun other than that everything's really good there I like going there every time I travel through that area I do stop there so great place I suggest everybody you know if you're coming through that area yes please stop these people take care of you they're great people to deal with customer service is fantastic have no complaints only time I've ever seen anything that was bad there was during construction and that was only because of traffic other than that fantastic place to go

If I could leave it as a 0 I would. Went through the drive thru and order two Mighty kids meals, 20 piece nuggets and a Filet-O- Fish and a diet coke. Got the order only to discover they didn't give me my meals but that I payed for the toys. Went in to speak to the manger and they were rude telling me if I wanted my meals they will ring me up again charging me twice for my meals. 100% don't recommend going here. Signed a very disappointed customer.

Just a nasty place anymore need some serious changes
