Ocean Basket Brooklyn Square - Pretoria

Decided to go here on Saturday afternoon! The initial waiter was on training and refused to bring me water for the kids saying the tap was broken!! Asked for the manager who apologized for the new waiter who was on training ! <br/ <br/ Ordered some sushi garlic bread and some fish! All the food was amazing and so was the service!

Platter for 2 Delicious. Everything cooked to perfection. Food is so tasty there's no time to make conversation between bites the pink lemonade is very refreshing on a hot day. The baklava cheesecake is a bit on the sweet side but still lovely accompanied with syrup and pecan nuts and a side of ice cream.

Wow! That truly was one of the best dinners of my life! For years I've done Ocean Basket! As ex staff I get the franchise and the business model. I realised that truly staff make or break the meal! You can't control the kitchen but the front of house staff can control the atmosphere expectations of the evening!thank you Angie! If you leave this branch will suffer. Thank you

We come here often to enjoy seafood.<br/ I love this ocean basket as the manager is always checking on us making sure the food is perfect. The sushi is always fresh and delicious.<br/ <br/ Food is delicious, you get what you ask for! Service is quick and the staff very friendly.

I've only ever had great service at this restaurant. The waiters and managers are respectful, very friendly and very helpful. Food is always good and I've never had a problem with it.
