Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe stopped at el salto all day. the waitress was nice and the food was served quickly. the food was not worth the stop or the high prices. this food was not an authentic Mexican cuisine. the chips seemed to be out of a pocket that tasted water bad, and eating was less than mediocre. we do not recommend.
So disappointed. I couldn't even pick up the flimsy burrito. I literally threw it away! it was $7 that I didn't order a pancake.
I couldn't even finish my plate because the burrito was full of nasty ground beef that took over the entire flavor of the dish. The rice seems to be fresh out of a can mixed with frozen veggies. The only thing I could eat was the plain cheese enchilada. Our total bill was 30.63 for 2 dishes and a plate of nachos which was plain tortilla chips with maybe a cup of cheese. Over all it's very over priced for what you get, if they knocked 10$ off the total bill it might be worth it.
Can't find a better place to eat. Love the food and the owners and their staff.
We ate here as a family of 4 on a road trip for lunch. The food was bottom of the barrel, veggies appeared to have been frozen, overall style was hard to describe basically a Mexican restaurant that is so Americanized that I would not call it Mexican anymore. You will be offered meat selections like ground beef rather than carne asada. Atmosphere appeared to be a stripped but not redecorated jack in the box or similar. Waitress was attentive and friendly- only good thing I can say about the place. Go to one of the at least two other Mexican places in town- you couldn't do worse
