La Tolteca - Prince Frederick

We came to lunch and the food was just delicious. Generous portion sizes, very well-made traditional Mexican foods with enough heat to remind me of New Mexico. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff is friendly. This will be one of our favorite choices.

We struggled to find a good restaurant until we stumbled upon this hidden gem! The food is delicious and truly authentic, the staff is welcoming, and the place is spotless. It can be a bit tricky to locate on your first visit, but after dining here, you won't forget where the entrance is. I wish I had taken pictures, but I always seem to forget to bring my camera.

Update: Love, love the food at this point. Very delicious. Whenever in the city, this is a must to go! I've never been here before, but it was highly recommended. May I say good. I got chicken flute delicious. My sister, a Monteray Quesadilla that she loved.

On April 5, 2022, my wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time. The building was impressive, with plenty of parking and accessible features. The interior was clean and inviting. The host greeted us warmly, and we were seated right away. We were served fresh, hot chips and salsa, although the salsa had a bit of a ketchup-like flavor. To play it safe, we ordered the combo fajitas along with a side of rice. Our waitress was friendly and clearly experienced. The food arrived quickly, sizzling hot, and the quality was excellent with generous portions that left us with leftovers. The prices were quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place, and I plan to return for sure. I'm glad I discovered it!

Every time I visit, I’m treated like an old friend, even though I don’t come very often. The service is excellent. I’m a big fan of spicy food, and I always enjoy ordering the shrimp diablo.
