Avaliação da contribuiçãoI was so excited for this location to open, but they consistently underwhelm over the course of this first year or so of being open. Service is mediocre at best. The food is often cold or lukewarm instead of being warmed as ordered. They frequently are out of items. The mobile ordering works different at this location than others in the area and often has a 20-25 minute wait. Often the cashiers lack a smile or personality and today when there was confusion on mobile ordering and picking up at the drive thru (because this location “pulls tickets differently than the location 10 miles up the road” , I was left waiting, longer than anyone else in the drive thru. Customer service excellence would be ensuring you correct the issue on the spot and not inconvenience your customer because of inconsistency with your company. Instead, 6 drive thru customers behind me were helped before me when I ordered before them. This cost me 10 minutes of my day, 10 minutes I didn’t have. I spend a ridiculous amount of money at Starbucks monthly and often gift my stars to the cars behind me in the drive thru. After today, I’m second guessing why I even bother supporting this location again…
Perfectly crafted in the right amount of time. The lines can be long but they move quick!

I always stop at the drive thru Starbucks in Prince Frederick, MD on my way to DC and order the same thing hot venti chia tea with 7 pumps and light water. I never thought I would have check it until now. Going down the road I took a sip and it tasted like chocolate. I was given hot chocolate with pumpkin vanilla. I could not return back to store, but tried to call store 4x. Got a recording saying no one can come to the phone. Very disappointed.
