Avaliação da contribuiçãoLady, who messed up my order and lady who brought my food to me was like I don't know, but we're busy and they should take care of their customers regardless of it. if I wait 10 minutes or longer, I should come before the line. it took 25 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food after I had to pull before the restaurant. very unhappy customer and better help would be great, but some help that would actually help would be better
The morning service is quite good, but the afternoon and evening experiences leave much to be desired. Young children, more focused on chatting with their friends, often overlook their responsibilities, and as a result, orders are frequently incorrect.
They never get their food right always take up and wait, then they are always cold, even if no one is behind them, they will pull them over and wait
I often receive the wrong orders, there’s always a long wait, and the food just isn't that great. It’s a disappointing experience overall.
The manager who was on duty never gets my mocha frappe right. The machine is either broken or being cleaned. He’s been there for a long time and consistently messes up my orders. I almost always have to park when he’s working. He’s the only manager at this location who makes mistakes with my orders. I wish I knew his schedule so I could avoid coming in when he’s there.
