Was here on a weekday afternoon, not busy at all. They were only accepting mobile orders so I ordered and waited with one other person for 10 mins before getting the notification that my drink was ready. Walk up and they see me in the window but ignore me for another 5. They gave me a bogus frap that was leaking all over the cup and hardly had any flavoring in it, tasted like ice. She also finally gave to the window and just hands it to me with a blank stare and says nothing.
I used the mobile order window since I had my standard poodle with me. I asked “can I please add a pup cup?” the brunette girl in the window scowled , and firmly said “no” before closing the window in my
Mobile orders are prioritize over in-store orders, so don't order in-store. The baristas are nice and helpful, but they are overwhelmed with mobile orders. At a location this small, mobile orders shouldn't be allowed.
Had to wait 15 min to get my turn, then MELODY advised me my coffee will be ready in 5 min, that is OK so far, then after 12 min I asked about my coffee, where Melody did not like my question!! She wasn’t kind in her response at all, will never come back here for sure, very much out of order Starbucks branch!!
