I went for dinner, the staff was very friendly and courteous. I have to specially mention Mr.Neil, and the waitress Ms. Janice. They were extremely professional and polite, they guided me through the menu, and made good recommendations. The food is to die for, I will definitely come back on my next trip to Shanghai. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

Great service, good selection of restaurants and a beautiful wine list. the food was well prepared and presented. only the question was the octopus supply was hard and tasted as if it had been frozen too long. otherwise everything else was first-class. really beautiful location in the pine and a good opportunity to start is called flare on the dach strip.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was not good and the service was unprofessional. When I asked for hot water during afternoon tea, I was told I had to buy bottled water and they would heat it up for me. I have never heard of such a thing before! The afternoon tea set they brought out was not up to par with other places I have been to. Additionally, every time I ate a piece from the set, the waitress would come and collect a plate from the display, reaching over me and knocking over cakes I hadn't even tried yet. One piece even fell on the floor and had to be replaced. This behavior was very unprofessional and embarrassing. I will definitely not be returning here.

I have never heard that before! and then they brought the afternoon tea set, which was eating under standards in comparison to all the afternoon teas I was. also every time I ate a piece from the afternoon tea set, they would come and collect a plate from the afternoon tea display that would waitress overwrite while I eat to collect a mini plate from the tea set display. and she knocked over other mini-cakes I didn't even get yet, while constantly reaching over getting unnecessary to collect any plate. 1 piece fell on the floor and she had to clean it from the floor and bring me a new one. very unprofessional and embarrassing for them! definitely would never come here!
