Maiz Prieto - Puebla

My favorite restaurant and eat in a very puebla. the services were phenomenal. the bartender daniela was not only friendly, friendly and knowledgeable, but it makes the best drinks in the city! we ended the ordering of each one from the menu! elliott, the waiter was an amazing conversation partner, like the other waiter whose name escaped me. we had the maul, the chalupas and the otopus entrées and they were all delicious. the ambiente des restaurants is traditional Mexican, but mixed with modern, chic hipster vibes. we also met the chef, who imagined and apologised, because he had run out of the otopus and offered the crab as an alternative. the presentation of the food, the explanation where the dishes were created, and the culinary pedigree of the dishes is really unbeatable. eating was as authentic mexican as it will. I come back immediately and I am in puebla and recommend this place friends who visit. after that we are after churros and one of the employees, elliott, offered us to go to a local Chirro joint so that we don't get lost late in the night. that was really one of the best culinary experiences we had in mexiko. thanks elliott, daniela, the chef chef and all at maíz prieto. mil gracias!

Even if the good and well maintained service is on and off, I still like this place very much. the atmosphere, the music, the choice of dishes is simply fabulous to stop lunch, dinner or just to drink. I love the flows in the floor and the colorful details all around. the host is simply nice and welcoming. I recommend to them the “Tlayuda” in each of his presentations, simply delicious and if they have the opportunity, they also have at weeks, I loved the tacos special day

My friends and I visited this place because one of my friends said he wanted to eat supp. it was a summer first to find out the restaurant changed its menu of today on 2. september and there were no suppers, but omg everything we ordered, eating and drinks, was excellent! my friends and I highly recommend this restaurant. I am not impressed by cocktails, but wow the bartender was the best to make cocktails to my taste after she explains what I was looking for. bingo! bosque plus her own mixture cut to my taste was so excellent that I had to order another one after the first order! I don't drink a beer, but the friends who had beer said they were good and recommend. they ordered several beers. the octopus tacos. ohh eeeem geeee, I ordered it first, then tacos de pulpo was so good that also two other friends have ordered. other friend ordered tlayuda de pescado zarandeado. presentation of each plate was perfected and tasted to perfection. So I ordered. we will definitely go back to the restaurant.
