Graham's Grill 3 - Pueblo

Last Monday, my friend and I visited this restaurant for lunch. Before my friend arrived, I was seated, and the waitress handed me two menus. When another waitress took one of the menus, I requested another, which earned me a contemptuous look from her. While my friend and I were still enjoying our meal, our waitress abruptly asked whether we would be paying with cash or credit, signaling that it was time for us to leave. Having been a patron of this establishment since its opening, I have never experienced such poor treatment. If this behavior is acceptable among the staff, I can easily find another place to grab a beer and a meal. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and truly disappointing.

We waited nearly two hours for two appetizers and a burger, and an hour just for three waters, a beer, and a mixed drink. When our food finally arrived, we had to get our own plates and utensils. If we wanted drinks, we had to get up and search for one of the two servers because they were busy attending to other tables and processing payments. There were two chefs and an expediter, yet they all seemed relaxed despite the high volume of customers and lack of service. I don't blame the staff personally—they were clearly overwhelmed—but there was no sense of urgency to attend to customers. We spent about four hours there with six people and initially planned to order more appetizers and drinks. However, considering how long it took to receive our first round, we opted not to order anything else. We even had to wait for them to wash more glasses just to get an extra beer. Despite the appealing atmosphere and advertised specialties, we won't be returning.

The website stated that the restaurant opened on Saturday at 10:00 AM. We arrived at 10:40 AM but were told to leave because they weren't open until 11:00 AM. Disappointing! They should update their information or improve their customer service.

Came to eat and watch the nhl playoffs game. the waitress refused to change the television on the channels or confirm that we actually tried to watch the play service, that is eating well, but I would never recommend this place to anyone until they change the waitress! Actually the dark haired tatted was good the bright blond haired one was but all bad.

My wife and I were seated and it took the waitress 15 minutes to acknowledge us. Then took her 10 minutes to take our order, when she finally took our order another 10 minutes later. She never checked on us asked for a tall beer and she said none of those glasses were clean. Our order sat for 15 minutes and she was too busy talking. We finally got tired of waiting and walked out.
