Not very well-known among Brazilians, Aun Zully is the perfect restaurant for those seeking a romantic evening in Santiago. Located in the charming Paris-London district, the journey to the restaurant is already enchanting with its small and peaceful streets. In front of the restaurant, there is a fountain and the atmosphere is truly rustic. As soon as you enter, dinner is being prepared for you. The stairs are adorned with rose petals and candles, creating a cozy ambiance. Each room in the house has a different color scheme and is beautifully decorated. The menu is simply divine and the maitre d' is kind and attentive. We trusted their wine suggestion, a 2007 Pinot Noir, and were not disappointed. Following their recommendations for dishes, we enjoyed the duck carpaccio with rice and lettuce, tuna noodles with shrimp sauce, ostrich risotto with parmesan cheese and sweet sauce, and duck breast with apple and lettuce. With such a perfect setting and delicious menu, it was truly an unforgettable night.

In front of the restaurant there is a fountain and the atmosphere is truly rustic. Upon entering the house, dinner is already being prepared for the guest. Rose petals and candles create a pleasant atmosphere on the stairs. In each room of the house there is a restaurant lounge, decorated with different colors. The menu is simply divine and the friendly and attentive maitre d' is wonderful. You can fully trust their suggestions because we were very pleased with the wine suggested, a 2007 Veranda Oda Pinot Noir. We also followed their recommendations for the dishes, asking for the duck carpaccio with rice noodles and lettuce and tuna chunks with shrimp sauce as appetizers, and the ostrich risotto with parmesan cheese and sweet sauce and duck breast with apple and lettuce dough. With that perfect ambiance and menu, there's no way it won't be an unforgettable night.
