La Docta - Puerto Iguazú

In the city on a very busy Saturday evening, when all places on the main road looked full. This was found on a back road and were not disappointed. No English spoken, but menu had ordered photos of all dishes so by showing! Tables and chairs are plastic, so not the ugly atmosphere and were disturbed by young children trying to sell souvenirs. We had the most expensive item on offer, the strip was when steak with frits, rice and a salad. All were well washed with a liter bottle of beer served in an insulating jacket. Very reasonable overall £24.

A local bar with food. we enjoyed atmosphere and alcohol, champagne for $7 a bottle. but the food is disappointed. Steak and Frites ok but to season the meat speciality.

Hello the service was great and the Quilpes beer selection is nice, I enjoy the Empanadas and the Chimichurri. Go to Ferrinha and look at the center of the Plaza La Docta the owner was very nice and the service fast.

Tried La Docta, not disappointed! We started with a series of empanadas...was hot and tasty.... they have about 10 different... just try a few. Main dishes, we chose spinach and chicken ravioli and tri-color gnocchi with a cream sauce and chicken...both delicious and huge portions. Empanadas were 2,50 and Entrees were about 14, so this is a very good bargain. I highly recommend it! .

We came in search of that amazing looking pizza, the first photo in the listing for this place. Alas, they don 't serve pizza! Only empanadas and para picadas . The place is fine for a pit stop while strolling the market, but don 't expect anything more.
