Pizzeria Del Monte - Puerto Natales

The menu was all in Spanish but (as a non-Spanish speaker) I could get by by speaking with one of the waiters, who confirmed they have vegan cheese and that the vegetarian pizza can be made totally vegan (he confirmed that when I asked whether the pesto in the vegetarian pizza is vegan). The pizza was very average. I would have given this pizzeria 3* instead of 2*, except that the lock on the female bathroom door was broken and there was also no hand soap in the female bathroom. I feel that a possible lack of hygiene in the establishment is more concerning for me in a pizzeria where the food is literally being made with hands than in other restaurants, but maybe the distinction I’m drawing is irrational.

We visited the other Napoli pizzeria a few days prior and our pizzas were burned on the bottom. We had a much better experience here, the pizza dough and cooking were perfect! Also the place is bigger and more relaxed. I enjoyed it and would recommend.

The vegan option isnt in the manu but the waiter halped me when i said i was vegan and showed me the options they had two vegan pizzas i took the one with the vegetables and vegan cheese and it was really good Updated from previous review on 2024-02-26

The staff speaks English and it's very helpful with the menu and it's vegan options (which are two different vegetable pizzas). The pizza is really good. Crunchy crust and very good vegan cheese. I love it.
