Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe restaurant is located in a good spot but regularly is empty. You have to keep with the sea food, which is very good, different tastes and new combinations which are also very good served. On the side of the "ranchero" part, just skip to order meat or anything. We order a New York first it turned to be served a sirloin poorly cooked which I order 3/4 and was served less than 1/2 also extremely salty, they change it but it was the same on terms of cooking.Go for sea food if you wanna try something different.
This restaurant was recommended to me though family that lives in PV and we were NOT disappointed! Our waitress Vania was INCREDIBLE. She answered all of our questions about the food, even questions about the town and places to go and gave us directions! My father tells really bad jokes and she laughed at all of them! There was a guy there who from the second we walked in, had this HUGE amazing smile on his face and everybody was just SO friendly and attentive! We definitely spent an extended amount of time at this restaurant because we just did not want to leave ! Oh and the food was incredible! Definitely huge plates! We ordered this big platter that had tacos and seafood and steak and everything right on it and we all just stuffed our faces with such good food! I will come back here every single time I am in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Vania for laughing at my dad's jokes, being so so patient with us and all of your help ! And a HUGE thank you to the kitchen who prepared all of that amazing food!
We ordered Paella Del Mar/Tierra and Brocheta De Sirloin and they were both very over done. The Paella had pieces of chicken that we could not stick a fork into and the meal was on a very dry mound of rice. This was the first time that we had paella that was not a stew. This one had no broth. The so-called Sirloin on the skewer was also so overly done it was like jerky. No taste and again we could not stick a fork into the meat. Service was amateur-ish. No question this was not only the worst meal in all of our 13 years visiting PV but it was the worst meal we have tried anywhere. Do not waste your time or money. Go right next door to La Dulce and have a very good modestly price Italian meal while in the area.
Atmosphere, Service, Food was Great! I ordered a beef and shrimp taco. My husband ordered a Seafood Pot that he said was simply delicious. We would return if ever in town again. We were greeted and offered suggestions on what to try and they were right.
We enjoyed this restaurant and especially the service provided by Ivan G. He was very helpful explaining the menu options and he was very attentive in wiping the table and removing dishes. My wife had the house salad and really enjoyed it. My daughter had the garlic shrimp and raved about them. I had three different tacos: breaded oyster, tuna, and deep fried shrimp. They were quite large and very tasty. The price was pretty good at about 28 pesos each. This restaurant is tucked in with about 4 other restaurants across from the Holiday Inn. I imagine there is quite a bit of competition in this complex, however, if you are in the mood for some reasonably priced tacos and very attentive service this is the place. My wife loved her strawberry margaritas and my daughter enjoyed her mojitos.
