I recently went to this nice and cozy place, however, my experience was ruined by the waitress who served me. The waitress was surly and rude, seemed constantly annoyed and uninterested in providing friendly service. Additionally, I noticed that he was constantly smoking, which made the experience even less pleasant for me and the other customers present. Adding to that, she was constantly on her cell phone, neglecting clients and distracted from her personal business. I'm sorry that the service was so disappointing, because the atmosphere of the venue had the potential to provide a truly enjoyable experience. I hope that the management will take steps to improve the professionalism of the staff, so that guests can fully enjoy the lovely atmosphere without being disturbed by unprofessional behavior from the staff. The tonne and calzone pizzas tasted very good. Very nice conditions.
