I am delighted that Nuvali has expanded its dining options, especially with how busy Tagaytay has become. The new restaurants at Solenad in Nuvali’s retail centers under Ayala Malls offer a great alternative to the crowded dining scene in Tagaytay. After staying the night in Tagaytay, my companions and I decided to have lunch in Nuvali. We were drawn to The Morning After in Solenad 3 because of its charming and cozy decor. The Chicken and Waffles we ordered were a satisfying choice, although I was slightly disappointed that they served chicken tenders instead of fried chicken. The waffles were fluffy and delicious, and the powdered sugar added a nice touch. We also ordered the Full English Breakfast, which was a generous and tasty dish with sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, and eggs. The pork and beans were ordinary, but the overall meal was worth the price. For dessert, we tried the Campfire, a delectable s'mores cake in a jar with toasted marshmallows on top. Despite a brief wait for seating during the busy lunch hour on a Sunday, the staff were polite and efficient, although there was a delay in receiving our water towards the end of the meal. I would recommend fixing the air conditioning, but overall I would definitely return to try more breakfast options and desserts. The dishes at neighboring tables looked just as appetizing.
