Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy wife and I have booked this restaurant for our jubilee and a rare child less evening and we have the choice largely based on the Michael Star reputation. we arrived as one of the early guests and took the tasting menu with wine arrangement and noticed that the chef already spoke with the guests (it was only 2 tables that we first took as a good sign. the interieur was nice and cozy and we thought we were for a special evening! the dishes started and looked great, but besides some not great things, that came to eat and we ate, but not even we were surprised, impressed, or otherwise remembered why we chose a Michael Star restaurant. the dishes were cooked and presented overall, but the aromen, textures, composition, justaposition etc. were all mediocre. during this uninspiring meal we also found that the cook spent most of its time with sitting and talking with an American couple, rarely vented into the kitchen. we have eaten in 20 Michelin-star restaurants, and that was far from being the best (a 1* in the Champagne region melting a canal when we were in and eating was overtaken terrible! . if you have such experience, you ask yourself what makes meelin more? surely it must be first line to eat and not just to be inside and cooking? to finish the experience, was icing on the cake that they overload us on the bill, not much, but we have pointed out and they did not remove it! our experience made us feel that it is a cash cow facility that rests on its earlier delightfulness, but has forgotten to eat good food. where is the passion? where is the joy? where does this insist on quality? such a shame and such a disappointment.

We had the chance to change with m. trama. It helps to understand his kitchen! It is a great sensitivity without sensitivity, a great franchise without brutality, a great finesse without minaudery. We were able to see his workshop. artisans respect the dishes, make you discover their flavors! Because he's gonna get them married. there is no architecture, there is a structure, a knowledge of transgression. There is no slippery, just an exprience of the beautiful in the service of the good. If the choice of quality products is of course very safe, it is a pity that their preparation and presentation seem to hardly correspond to what would be in the right to expect from an establishment of this fame: hearty foie gras but without any imagination, tasteful but simple magret and whose accompaniment is an ordinary polenta. It's not the fader of the desserts that comes to raise a meal from the level of an honest bistro. the show is in the restaurant room, theatrical and magnificent, it is a pity that it is not on the plates despite a young and friendly service. The rooms, comfortable and quiet, are ample and with a successful decor, which is also the case of common parts, which owes much to the baroque spirit of garcia jacques. breakfast is taken at a common table, which can surprise. the products once again are of quality, but without surprise and little generous. the whole leaves a very mixed impression, with a very unfavorable price-quality ratio.
We had a party to taste the cuisine of this great chef's gourmet restaurant. we expected so much, we were delighted, beyond our expectations (which were very high). This meal has been a marvel. We chose several signature dishes known all over the world and everything was perfect. the powerful flavors were at the rendezvous, impeccable cooking, each bite gave chills. It was a great time of pleasure. the service is assured with kindness and efficiency. the young sommelier dispenses with the smile of precious advice. and michel trama, himself, comes to ensure the well-being of its customers. meeting such an artist is an unforgettable moment. Just like this memorable meal, taken in the enchanting setting of the large room of this restaurant.
