Pulse Express - Pyrmont

Beautiful circular seating area in the middle of the chaotic dining area in the star city. overprice desserts. brownies are about $5. the small pieces are crispy outside and chew inside what is fantastic. taste good, but wished the prices were around $4.20

Worst customer service ever. The guy at the front was looking grumpy and no say hello. Barista was just glare me silently with hand pointing my coffee at the bar when my coffee was ready to go. I don’t know why just because I am asian? When they handle western customer they seem to be nice. Such a ridiculous.

Smoothie was hot. Asked them to add ice and the touched the cup and said its cold. They added ice as we sat at the table the staff spoke and complained to each other that we asked for ice. Rude. Also the dessert was over priced and stale. Definitely should not be sold for $6.50

What a disappointment. Coffee was weak and watery. I complained and but no effort to rectify, instead the owner got very defensive. I was in group of 5 and everybody was equally disappointed with their orders. Non existing customer service and poor quality. Pulse Express is clearly placing it's business model on convenient location and non-returning trough traffic. It's a mistake you only make once.

If I could I'd rate it zero! If you're after a burt bitter coffee with scalded milk this is the place. Otherwise find somewhere else to get a coffee or opt for the bar. Disappointed is an understatement. Almost forgot to mention the poor service at both counters.
