Restaurant Valentine - Québec

We were travelling and decided to stop somewhere (fast service and with poutine on the menu), Bad choice, we order hot-dogs with poutine and hamburger with french fries, worst french fries ever (not cooked enough) , the poutine was not at all what you expect from their reputation. French fries not cooked enough, the cheese was more like a mozzarella (all melt in the sauce and fries) , the gravy was full thick as it can be. Does not looked good and from my husband point of view, did not taste good at all (he just took a few bites) . Recommendation. Don't waste your money , go somewhere else, We will never go back at any Valentine!

The food at this restaurant is excellent, with inventive and fresh dishes. The interior decor is stunning, and the atmosphere was not too noisy. The service was good, though it was not particularly memorable.

This bistro was a blast! The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! It was a bit noisy but full of energy. The wine selection was good. I ordered the hanger steak and it was cooked perfectly.
