Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis place can get really crowded. We had to wait to get a table in a corner, but I didn't mind the wait because the food was great. Loved their Tuna Tataki Salad, Tonkotsu Ramen, Salmon and Tuna Sashimi, Spicy Maguro Roll, and Chicken Teriyaki.
I tried out Zomato's booking feature and booked myself a table at Omakase. When I arrived, all the servers were busy and I had to catch the attention of one of them. A table *was* reserved for me; it faces the glass window with a view of the establishments across the street. The resto's decor is minimalist but feels dated. I had to wait for some time to get the menu. I ordered a Tonkotso Ramen. I found its broth richly flavored, the noodles firm to the bite but it wasn't served steaming hot compared to other ramen I have tried before. While the black fungus included contributes contrast in texture, it does not do much for flavor. The pork belly slice is tender but not as flavorful as what I'm used to. The meal is passable and I'm curious about the other items on the menu so I guess I'll be back. beingjellybeans.wordpress.com
