Avaliação da contribuiçãoFilet Steak on the hot stone is fantastic, I'm glad my wife needed help to finish it. My Maiale in Panata (Wiener schnitzel) also very good. And the accompanying house wine (Ticino-Merlot) was beautiful, full of fruit and velvet in the underground. Perhaps even... the hotel is worth a visit if you can roll into your room after everything we have eaten. Now we stayed at the motel San Gottardo Sud, which is also ok.
We visited this restaurant, with some rooms, 2 years ago as a stop to our destination in Italy. We came to the 70s when we came to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and to our surprise were the tables of the restaurant all... booked as we arrived at 8 in the evening and the Smeel was very good. Some people eat steakes from hot stones. I had to try. We have a table and I ordered the love (cervo) steak. That was one of the best steaks I ever had. My family had pizza and other dishes that were all very good. This year we booked the hotel in advance on our trip home. The restaurant didn't change anything and the food was still very good. I had the mixed grill (bef, dear, bison) from the hot stone. That made it a perfect holiday. The room we had was to share a family room with toilet and bathroom in the hallway. Basic but nevertheless comfortable and a proper breakfast was included in the price.
La Campagnola is a pizzeria with accommodation. After I had booked a room as the center of my destination, I had no hesitation without reservation on my return. The room was small but comfortable and worth the price. The bed was very comfortable. My room had a common bathroom, but despite my initial hesitation at the booking I found them very clean and as such had no problem when returning the following evening. Breakfast in the morning, fresh bread, ham and cheese....yummm. Only negative and reason for not the end star, the walls are paper-thin and any low noise from adjacent rooms can be clearly heard. Unfortunately I did not try out the offers in the restaurant, but the food looks good, many people eat there despite the distant location and atmosphere was good.
L'escale parfaite après le Gothard; On sort de l'autoroute et on prend de la hauteur pour arriver dans un petit village avec une vue whaouh. Nous sommes arrivés à quatre à la place de trois: le propriétaire a fait preuve de flexibilité et de débrouillardise pour nous caser dans la chambre prévue avec 4 lits. Merci. Le repas du soir fut très bon avec un steack grillé excellent et du veau sauce blanche vuola-machin excellent aussi. Petit déjeuner copieux pour ceux qui aime et en route pour la destination finale bien reposé. Que demander de plus. Encore merci.
Sono tornato a Catto dopo tanti anni e tornando mi fermo al primo ristorante sulla strada. Nonostante siano quasi le 14 riesco ancora ad ordinare una insalata e un vitello tonnato con patatine accompagnata da una buona e fresca birra della zona.Servizio buono e cibo anche.Da tornare per provare la cucina in stagione di cacciagione.
