Avaliação da contribuiçãoThere is nothing like it in the area. This small but very cozy restaurant is open from Monday to Friday from 12pm to 9pm, and on Saturdays from 12pm to 4pm. The service is attentive, with a chef who honed his skills in Japan and Denmark, creating culinary art that melts in your mouth. The owner works with fresh fish from Ecuador, such as swordfish and Chilean salmon, and offers unique dishes like the Scandinavian dish with yogurt and raspberry, which is a burst of flavors on your palate. They do not serve soda to allow you to fully savor the different tastes, but you can choose from options like craft beer or cherry tea with ginger. For an unforgettable experience, try the omakase and let the chef take control. You won't regret it!
There's nothing like it in Quito. A small but very cozy restaurant that opens from Monday to Friday from 12 to 9pm and on Saturdays from 12 to 4pm. The personalized service with their chef, who learned this art from a Japanese in Denmark and has been creating mouth-watering dishes for 17 years. The owner works with top quality Ecuadorian fish (sierra, swordfish, Chilean salmon...) and offers very original sushi options like the Scandinavian with yogurt and raspberry, which explodes with flavor in your mouth, or others with hints of coffee and cocoa. Forget about sodas - they don't sell them because they don't allow you to fully enjoy all the flavors - but for drinks you have options like craft beer or a cherry and ginger tea that we tried and was delicious. Try the Omakase and let the chef guide you, you won't regret it!
