Sam's Southern Eatery Radcliff

Today was our first time here, so we ordered a bunch to see what we liked. I think there were only 2 people working. The customer service was wonderful, exactly what I love to see. The food is insanely good. My only issue was that we received the fish poboy instead of shrimp like we ordered and we got ranch instead of tarter and plain ketchup instead of cocktail sauce. Simple mistakes so it wasn't a big deal, the fish poboy was good anyway and we had the other condiments at home.

My first time I went was yesterday,and the food is amazing. The fried shrimp is so legit. The portions for the price is excellent. I'm definitely going back even though it is 15 miles from me. I don't care the seasoning was so wonderful.

Relatively new restaurant in Radcliff. You can taste that the fish and shrimp are frozen. Decent variety of meal choices. Price is too high for quality and quantity of food provided. 3/10 would not recommend.

I'm leaving this review out of frustration. This place has excellent food. However, when trying to call in a mobile order, you can't get through to this place. This has happened multiple times literally every time I've tried to call in an order. If management is seeing this. .. take note... you are losing business because of this. If I had to guess, this is happening when management is not around. Most likely, it's due to employees leaving the phone off the hook so that they havean easier workday and don't have to do what they're paid to do. This problem needs to be resolved or your business will continue to do poorly.

Today wasn't our first time here and every time we've been here the food has been Amazing! The Catfish is my favorite but the Burgers are delicious and so is the Shrimp and Chicken Strips. Plus our cashier Christina was very friendly. I highly recommend giving Sam's Southern Eatery a try!!! I know we will be going back.
