Few to no options for people with dietary allergies restrictions. Very dissatisfied to find out their ‘grilled roasted’ green beans were unable to be made without garlic. Why? If they are (fresh? roasted just don’t put garlic on them.On take out opted for upcharged salad (I was giving husband anyway , and the salad was put in with warm food and sad wilted by the time we got home. Basic bagging 101: bag salad separately. Why don’t restaurants understand many people have strict dietary restrictions but still want to eat out. I was also supposed to receive a roll with my pricey salmon and didn’t. The salmon was ok, but overall disappointing. Dietary restrictions: Not dietary restriction friendly.
I have eaten here three times. The first two tines everything was as it was supposes to be. But last night I Ordered through door dash and I got the Dalton Hall, medium rare, with broccoli and wild rice. I didn't get my wild rice and my steak was more medium than medium rare. Which I shared a photo of on here. With how much the food costs. I should get everything I paid for.
We were recommended to go to BT's by the workers of our hotel. The food wasn't horrible, but one of our burgers was undercooked but not raw. I'm giving the service rating a 4/5 because they took the burger back and cooked it longer without arguing. Also our waitress was super sweet, if I could remember her name I would definitely call her directly. (She was really pretty too) My mother was more upset and wished we had gone somewhere else. However, the atmosphere was really good. Everyone around us seemed happy and glowing.
You're always sure to have a good time! The food and variety of drinks makes it even better!!
