Applebee's Grill - Raleigh

I came back to this restaurant for the second time to try the brunch burger. The first time my egg was overcooked and almost burned, making the burger too sharp to enjoy.

There were 6 workers who were very slow in serving us our food and the tables were not cleaned promptly.

At Applebee's, you typically know what to expect. When our party of 8 arrived later in the evening, we had to wait a few moments before being seated.

The place was almost empty and it was a good thing because it only worked two waitresses! our waitress was not planned to work, but came as fallen for a friend (the other waitress). they have done a great job because they had to take the orders of the customer who had to collect tables and check the customers! we had a similar experience at the applebee in asheville. the difference was that eating here was good, not so much in asheville. to the pleasant ladies who took care of us on Saturday. great job!

The appetizer was a mess that should tell me to get up and go! I ordered the bourbon swiss burger who asked to do it well. it still came out. it was said that this is the 2nd rohburger they had served tonight. the brotsticks with the other meal was a real stick that was so hard! I will never go back! 2. bad experience in less than a week at the same place! the pictures really have a zero star, but don't let me do that.
