Bojangles - Raleigh

Thanks to the Bojangles at 3808 Western Blvd. Raleigh, NC 27606 we are Bojangles customers again. We had vouchers for free meals because of HORRIBLE experiences in Knightdale. We weren't about to give them away and landed on the other side of Raleigh. What a WONDERFUL experience. Pleasant staff. Clean! Hot food! Hurry! 100% what it should be outside.

There the staff has a great task to take your order and get your food quickly. You're always kind. Food is always on the standard you would expect from Bojangles. Cajun Filet Chicken cookies are great. This location can get quite a lot to do and get in and out can be tight.

Terrible customer service by the drive thru! The woman who worked the drive thru stopped us while we gave our order. She also made rude remarks by asking us if we were finally done. I would avoid these bojangles at all costs. I'll go a little further.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 4-piece upper combo. When I came home, I realized that they didn't put any fries in them. I called the restaurant and the manager told me that she would need me to come back with the receipt and all the food before she would reimburse me for the fries. Since I won't get there for $2, I thought this place can only get a 1-star rating for their bad customer service.

Real greasy fried chicken that?s half crust, but once you get that off it tastes pretty good. Popeyes is a block away and much better.
