Driftwood Southern Kitchen - Raleigh

Great night out! We enjoyed a handful of various cocktails and tacos. We all loved what we ordered. The guacamole was super delicious. Our server was super nice and down to earth.

Delicious drinks. Tortilla chips were not free unlike most Mexican restaurants, but it was very fresh, crispy Delicious, it is worth paying money to get this quality. Margarita's drinks had made many options very nice. Guacamole was made fresh delicious. I love the ambience of this restaurant. It was lively, openly very appealing, especially wall painting frames were uniquely stylish. While most Mexican restaurants are very stereotype, here it was very spacious rich. The restaurant had plenty of outdoor space. The staff was welcoming, polite was able to guide us to order food according to our diet.

What a fun place with delicious food! The roasted cheese appetizer was perfect and the ducks were authentic Mexican taste. Enjoy a beautiful old tequila. We're coming back!

I was excited to go here for my birthday because the food always smelled good, the wine was always amazing on the wine walk, they were friendly and knowledgeable about wine, and you could buy bottles to go. You are a good wine hike and are dog friendly. When I was immersed in my birthday, the cocktails were just as great as the wine. I have mixed feelings about eating. It was nice. But I'm not sure how authentic the food was, but I could be wrong. It might have been a bit different from your average Mexican restaurant.

Not your typical Mexican restaurant. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Portions are not huge, but they fill. There are many different salsas you can choose for your bottomless chips (for a charge). We had the chicken Burrito, the ACP and the peach cake. Service was fast and friendly! We will definitely come back!
