Hibachi Japan - Raleigh

The cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing, and I had one of the worst dining experiences I've ever encountered. The tempura was overly greasy and not prepared correctly; the batter was lacking. Additionally, there was no dipping sauce provided. The udon noodles were overcooked, and the broth was flavorless. The white sauce was served in bags and did not taste good. I would recommend choosing a different place to eat.

This place is unique. it's pretty fast and eating is pretty good when you think it comes out!

I enjoy the food at this restaurant, but the service is lacking. The Asian lady that sometimes runs the cash register can present herself as biased, judgmental, and somewhat racist. The food is good, but the terrible service that I received on more than one occasion has caused them to lose me as a customer.

When I visited at night, I noticed that the service was a bit slow, and it took a while for my order to be processed. Additionally, if you ask for something extra sweet, there’s a good chance it won’t be made that way at all. I rated them 3 stars because when I dine during the day, the food is much better and more consistent.

I ordered the udon noodles with chicken, but I was not expecting the soup. The noodles were overcooked and lacked flavor. I also ordered crab, and it was terrible. I've never had crab rangoons that looked or tasted like that before. I ate a little of the noodles, but the rest ended up in the trash. Definitely not edible. Even a can of Campbell's chicken soup would have tasted better!
