Papa Johns Pizza - Raleigh

It has been sometime since I ordered from Papa John's. I called and ordered, they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in 25 minutes. The gentleman behind the counter tells me they have not started and it will be a additional 25 minutes. I told them I would wait. It was done in 25 minutes, this young man came out and called a name that I didn't recognize. So I waited another 10 minutes and checked the app. It said it was done, so I called the guy over showed him the app. Come to find out the guy couldn't speak English. On top of that the pizza was lousy .

The pizza doesn't. Taste like Papa John's anymore. The pizza tastes unbalanced.

The pepperoni stuffed crust is delicious!!!!!! The service is quite fast

Food was hot. One peperocinni. I will not understand that ever. One garlic cup. OK. But you should've offered a second. My daughter loves the food. I was a gm of a competitor... crust edge was too large. Sauce was over done and unevenly spread. As was the cheese. For extra cheese to still have exposed sauce below... something was off. But.. my daughter loved it... so maybe I'm too picky? Or I just expect something closer to number 10 pie rather than a 5-6

Ordered a thin crust with green peppers, mushrooms, sausage and chicken. Looks like it was not totally handled with care , but it tasted pretty good. Pizza was free due to an issue with a prior order at another location. Highlight was seeing the guy from a commercial in the parking lot . . . don 't get better with time, they get better with us. His company handles concrete and foundation issues.
