Slower than slow, long waiting times, order was wrong after I finally got it. I will never go to this or other taco bell in the future. each is dirty (including bathroom) and the customer service is less than satisfactory. if I could give a negative star
We ordered take out, and the website said that it would be prepared for pick up. We paid for it. When we went to pick it up, the doors were locked. They kept the money.Earlier, we waited a long time in the drive through line. When we got to order, they asked if we placed a mobile or online order, otherwise we couldn't be served.So this Taco Bell was a huge waste of time and very frustrating. There was no pick up available for the on line order that was placed. And, don't waste your time waiting in line in the drive through, because they told me I couldn't be served because I hadn't placed an order online.Additionally, they don't answer the phone, so don't expect to get your money back.
Hillsborough Taco Bell was exponentially better. 3/5 times here my order is messed up. Also the inside always seems to be closed. Quality here is not even half as good as any other Taco Bell. Really disappointed.
Would not recommend this Taco Bell location, you can no longer order through the drive thru unless you order from grub hub or placed an order from door dash. Not sure who had the idea for that but this is the worst idea I've ever heard. I know it's only in the Raleigh locations, because I've never ran into this nonsense elsewhere.
