Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe had been in Germany for 3 weeks and quite honestly were a bit tired of German food. So nice to go to an American chain. We had chicken parm and a ribeye steak. Both were good
Good atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, quick service and a pretty good selection of Italian dishes which I think is a lot better than Olive Garden! Would definitely go back for the food!
Yesterday we went to Romano's Macaroni Grill and were really disappointed. When I saw Pulled Pork sandwiches on the menu I was excited. I love Pulled Pork and have had it almost everywhere when it is on the menu . This sandwich was a real disappointment. It was too spicy and had lots of stuff on it. I love spicy food but this was not good. The other ingredients so overwhelmed the pulled pork you could not taste it. My husband had the same and he didn't eat half of his sandwich. I did take some of the pork out of the sandwich and tasted it. It was not bad... quite tasty in fact. They should not over do the extra stuff and let the pork flavor come thru. Would not recommend this to anyone.
The food used to taste so much better when they did their grand opening over 5 years ago or so. (When I was first stationed at RMS) That goodness only lasted for about 2 weeks or so.I only go now when I'm really hungry and it's my last resort.I gave this review 3 stars because I like the option of customizing my own pasta bowl so it appeals to my liking. Hopefully they realize they put more feeling into what they cook...that will reflect on the food we eat.
The service was great, but beyond that, the food was poor. Very greasy, not seasoned well, and just downright boring. We will not be returning to The Macaroni Grill. I would like to say thank you for the firendly service.
