Avaliação da contribuiçãoBig Boss Cafe is without a doubt the best sandwich I've had in probably a decade. When I first took a bite I instantly felt as if I was transported back in time to my early childhood. Memories of to when I would get a turkey sandwich and go to the park with friends. In the past decade since the recession Ive seen every sandwich restaurant I love decrease the quality of their bread in order to maintain high profit margins. Stale bread, cooked the nights before or shipped in on trucks and stored in freezers, full of low quality grains and almost flavorless by the time its put onto a sandwich. I feel like we've become accustomed to bread just kind of tasting bland. But here bread was fresh, and full of strong flavor. It was apparent that quality and flavor was the driving factor behind these sandwiches. The sandwich alone would've been enough to warrant a 5 stars, but the fact that everything else on the menu, from the drinks to the hotdogs, are solid as well makes this place even better.
