Caffe Positano - Rancho Santa Fe

Not much to it, but no real options in this area and they don’t gauge as much as they could Bc if that which you must commend. Decent frappe, and friendly chaps.

My coffee was excellent and service was efficient. The two employees should show some friendliness. They did their jobs at a busy farmers market time, but service with a smile would have earned five stars with me.

Got a chai tea latte and it literally came from a vending machine that I can find in gyms. Bummed because I assumed they would have made it by hand. It is a cute place. Drink was gross though.

Went on a Sunday after the Farmer's Market. There were two teenagers running the store. The cashier did not know what a chai tea latte was. After explaining my order multiple times, I waited about 20 min for my tea. I went up to the counter to ask where the coffee was. They ended up forgetting my order even though there were no other customers in the store. Chai tea ended up being terrible too ‍
