Avaliação da contribuiçãoI ordered pizza and pasta on ~5pm and the app said it would take 70-80 minutes for my order. I just got my order at 7:40 and the pizza is cold and the pastas were very warm. they were also a pretty good pizza place, but that's no longer what it is.
A few months ago the order stopped here, but this is next to the point I rode around the back to get to the walmart garage area and two employees were outside to illuminate the floor of a glass bowl next to the müllcontainer. the type with glasses I suspect is the gm hid it quickly when I rode through and ran inside. it was funny, but are young at work?
My work orders from here atleast 5x per week with several orders each time. the delivery drivers are nice, but the delivery time is ridiculous. tonight, one of our inhabitants ordered a medium pizza and it took 1 hour. 40min for delivery. our business is not, but maybe 10 minutes away.
The service is horrible. I kept calling to place an order and they would put me on hold and never returned to the phone. So I hung up called back and they kept hanging up on me. So I wouldn't call back they wouldn't didn't hang up the phone.I understand this is Saturday night you are that busy you can't take an order. And No Sir and No ma'am I will not order your food. I will take my business and money somewhere else. I want people to know bad business is just bad business. From the looks of your reviews you might want to look into new management or another profession. Maybe pizza is not your calling guys. ?
Ordered pizza for delivery. I live around 3 minutes away from the store. Was watching tracker and watched the driver come right to where my street was and then just drive right past. I thought he just missed the turn , but he then continued driving all the way back to dominos and sit there for around 4 minutes. Finally he drove back out and started driving the opposite direction from my home.At this point I called the store and manager said to just give him a few minutes because he may have gotten lost. Tracker stated the driver left the store at 8:01 , It was close to 9 when he finally arrived with the pizza. I met him at the door and asked him had he gotten lost , to which he replied that he had not. Pizza was cold when I opened it and the crispy"crust was slightly soggy.I again called the store to explain the whole situation and see about getting my order redone , and even just going to pick it up myself this time. Manager was very rude with a seemingly an all around bad attitude and awful customer service skills. After speaking with her I decided to just go for a full refund instead.
