Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe accommodation is nice and family friendly. there are also many activities with children close to all approx. 10 minutes away to do. the big problem was the heating. the heating did not work for the first night in cold snow april weather (exceptional. april this year) with my persistence we still have a room for the second night, but the same problem! the rooms were ice cold. we and children are sleeping with a sack! we ended up with a sick child and a sick baby. I had booked the accommodation for three nights, then we had to check out a day earlier and drive home. the person responsible was there before check-out and instead of apologise, he argued that the room is not ice-cold and our expectations too high, as we are not in a 5* hotel, in addition he argued that the rooms are floor-heated and lasts 2 days warm up! Anyway, I had no interest to argue, just wanted to go home.
Very nice place to relax with very good service. close to Lake Constance, so very good possibility to sleep.
Hello, we were so glad to be back! the rooms were clean, that fished super. which was not so great: the room was hot as a sauna and I couldn't find out how to turn off, no instructions. the breakfast is quite minimalist. we were aware. that it was in construction and being honest, it has not disturbed us so much, of course it does not look so beautiful...a pity that the large house / restaurant is not an available spa for use....not very convenient to have a place family.
The traditional atmosphere of this farm, which is converted as a restaurant, is beautiful. we chose this place to lunch, due to the relatiw wide range of gluten-free curses. the only negative point was that my man ordered a dinette while I ordered a gluten-free carving and. they were served with 45 minutes different. At least we asked them to warm up the dinette and they did.
As I lived and was born in Ravensburg but had moved to UK and Spain many years ago this holiday (10 days) was meant as a family reunion (my daughter lives in Costa Rica and my son in UK). Gut Huegle looked as the idillic...venue for that with a vegan chef (for my daughters family) and lots to do for the children. I had booked in March and got an email a few weeks prior to our holiday that there was now a spa being build but we would only slightly be affected by the works. This was absolutely untrue as our 4 family suites were directly facing the building site (only appr. 10 m away. There was constant noise from before 8am till appr. 18.45, even Sat mornings, cement lorries, drilling, hammering etc. After endless discussions with staff the owner graciously' gave us a discount of 5 in vouchers, to be spend at his place.(clever man! If I hadnt persisted we would have received nothing. The rooms were adequate, the food middle of the road, the vegan options not varied or exciting for a place that advertises having a vegan chef, the options of entertainment for children have to be mostly paid extra for, even as a guest of the place,Weddings on weekends quite noisy. One positive about the place is the staff, especially in the restaurant, very friendly and helpful. My advice dont book till the building is finished, if you have booked ask for a discount, and be prepared to pay for everything extra. It could be great but holidaying on a building site is not fun.
