Mcdonald's - Raymore

It's McDonald's, I don't expect much, but they never disappoint. On my last visit I received what was supposed to be an apple pie, but it was small and cold, I complained and was told I would get a good one out of the oven. Got a hot one and was surprised, but didn't eat it until I got home. It came out hot alright, it was MICROWAVED, and we all know what that means right, yeah it became very hard. WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!! I had to wait 30 minutes for my food to only realize when I got home that the whole order was incorrect. If I knew it would have taken 30 min to get my food I would have went somewhere else to eat. There is nothing fast about this “fast-food” joint. Better than the Belton one but **** learn how to throw the sauces in the bags idiots it’s not hard

Horrible customer service. Food is always cold. Make u wait in a stall for 10 mins for the drive thru to keep run. So I go and they are all just standing there talking with a food in their hand.
