Waffle House - Rayville

The food was fantastic and the staff was amazing. The waitress was extremely helpful, especially after we left the RCA rodeo finals in Shreveport with a group of boys. She assisted with seating, taking orders, keeping our drinks refilled, and ensuring everyone left happy and full.

The food was delicious and the service was quick, but the atmosphere was very loud. Unfortunately, we witnessed an employee playing with their hair while working, which is extremely unsanitary. This behavior should not be allowed in a food establishment.

We prefer this place above all others. It's difficult to put into words, but they just do a superior job.

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant because depending on the time of day, the staff can be either very polite and proper (morning), upbeat and friendly (evening), or sassy and funny (night). The food is consistently excellent, and I love spending time there. You can easily identify the regulars by how the staff welcomes them - it's clear they have a close-knit community. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
