They saw me at the door turning away because I saw they had closed. One of the employees came to the door and waived me over to say they had not closed the registers yet and would be happy to help me.That’s great service and good way to make sure you keep your customers.Thank you! I have been going here for years. Pros and cons. Pros, fish is usually pretty good. Sushi is decent, place is clean. Cons, pricing is inaccurate, sale items do not ring up correctly. Staff needs attitude adjustments. There are two employees working who are great, can't say the rest for others. A blond employee with long hair has such an attitude problem everytime I've been there. I avoid her if possible. Certain fish like Mahi is rarely available but I understand that. Fix a few things and Adelphia would be fantastic!
Tonight was my last straw with buy out of date bad selfish. 12 oysters 4 were ok the rest dryedout and or dead mussels 2 were alive out of a bag. I called last time I had a issue not a care given.. Spend ur hard earned money elsewhere..
I ordered the 16/20 Gulf shrimp, peeled, de-veined and steamed. Indicated i wanted the same as what I ordered last week. I actually received was a very poor substitute. When I questioned it, I was told they didn't have any Gulf shrimp in the size I requested.Yet, when I went into the store for additonal items I saw they had the 16/20 count. I didn't have time to argue and wait for them to redo the order, so I left with the substitute shrimp.It is awful and not even close to the quality of the Gold label, which is sweet when cooked even without any seasoning. This shrimp had no flavor.As I placed the phone order yesterday afternoon,I'm guessing they used the chicken of the sea shrimp as it already peeled and deveined. My very expensive shrimp salad is ruined.I can accept mistakes, but very disappointed that they didn't own up to their error and then lied about the availability.
Check your receipts! I have loved this place until recently. They had a buy one get one on crab pretzels...nope! Wouldn't honor the sign on the cooler. Then, wouldn't honor the sale price of the daily oyster. Took their signs down and handed them to them. Now today, we get blue point oysters...as always they are advertised for $1.80. Just checked my receipt...nope! $2.00. I picked 5 crabs and when I got home and opened the bag...she didn't put the crabs that I asked, there was a teeny tiny little baby crab, not worth $1.99. So disappointing!
