Roast At Wanstead - Redbridge

This restaurant is one of the few places in London that offers great value for your money and excellent quality food. I enjoyed the juicy lamb kebab and spicy veggie options. The Pita bread was incredibly fresh and soft. I also savored the pistachio baklava, which was perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. The only area that could use improvement is the cocktails. The host was excellent and paid close attention to every table. The service was outstanding and I truly enjoyed my dining experience.

This restaurant is incredible with top-notch food. We ordered the mixed grill and seafood grill to share along with a mezze platter. Honestly, the grill plate alone would have been sufficient as the portions were huge! The seafood grill was outstanding - grilled shrimp, octopus, salmon, calamari, and scallops with a butter sauce and creamy potatoes. The prices were very reasonable and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be returning!

The Turkish cuisine at this restaurant is excellent, but what really stands out is the exceptional service. The attention to detail from the staff makes dining here a true pleasure. The grilled octopus was perfectly cooked and simply melted in the mouth. The lamb dish was also delicious and part of the reasonably priced lunch menu. To top off the meal, we enjoyed Turkish coffee and mini Turkish delights that were so tasty, we ended up being served a plate of them.

Amazing food and place! beautiful service and delicious food 10/10 would recommend. the personal is friendly and the place is really clean! we have only made a picture of dessert, but the meals were also super delicious!

I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The ambience is lovely. The staff soo polite and attentive, checking if everything was ok… And the calamari wow fresh not rubbery like the others I’ve tried. The veg were tasty the meats were nice. Prawn tempura, well we ate soo much we had to take it away. Couldn’t finish between the two of us.
