Labels on the containers were correct but the contents of my wife's bowl wasn't what she ordered. She can't tolerate spice or sea food but it was the chili shrimp. We spoke to the manager and he was nice enough to give us a refund.
I went in recently and didn’t know they paid employees extra for attitude . I stood there waiting to be helped. I was the one who had to approach the girl behind the counter as I was never greeted. I gave my order all while I was given a blank stare by the employee, Monse. She wasn’t friendly at all, and was taking our order with a terrible attitude. I asked for hot sauce, given another blank stare before she handed me the hot sauce. Employees definitely need a refresher on customer service.
A large and beautiful restaurant located in an odd strip mall area, but is worth the trip and navigation of the weirdly spaced parking lot.This location seems to have special items available such as test shrimp entrees and different beverages so I like to check every so often for the new offerings. Staff is polite and a bit laid back. Food is always fresh and looks inviting.Vegetarian options: The super greens, veggie egg rolls, chow neon and rice are always a solid choice. When Beyond Orange Chik’n is available I am extra happy…would love to see more tofu and plant-based protein offerings :
The establishment is good, but the employees are scammers, some people give a lot to others, they give very little, We must give the same to both.???
What a disgusting attitude from the girl called Monze, if you don't like your job, leave it. As a customer, I go with money to buy. You can't be more kind and serve the people who give you your check.
