Kincaid's Fish, Chop Steakhouse

I've been visiting this restaurant since 2012, and the views are unbeatable if you enjoy being near the water. They have an excellent happy hour in the bar, which is usually where I enjoy my dinner. The dining room is lovely, and there's a patio that extends over the water. Since COVID, the menu has shrunk a bit, but there's still something for everyone, including fantastic appetizers, pasta, seafood, salads, and options for kids. There's plenty of parking available, though there's a small fee to park in the adjacent structure. I recommend taking a stroll by the water before or after your meal to see if you can spot any wildlife, such as seals, dolphins, or pelicans.

I ordered the Happy House oysters, and they were served in a generous portion, enough for a full meal. The bartender was excellent as well. I’m visiting from Rhode Island.

We always enjoy dining at this restaurant with its lovely view of the pier. However, recently we've noticed that the prices have increased, the quality has declined, and the portions are now incredibly small. For example, the salmon salad now contains only a third of the amount of salmon we remember.

We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The ocean view was breathtaking! We arrived just before sunset and watched the sun set over the water, making for a wonderful experience. Our waitress was excellent, and the food was delicious too. If you're at the Pier, you should definitely give this place a try!

The fish and chips are absolutely amazing—definitely a must-try! The homemade coleslaw is by far the best I've ever tasted in a restaurant. But what I appreciated most was arriving early before the rest of my large party. The hostess at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and she kept me company until my friends showed up.
