I realize that claiming that the customer is right is utopia, waiting for the customer to be pampered we don't talk about it but witnessing a mere attempt to be teased seems too much. Personally I would have avoided writing this review also because, as you can see from my profile, it is rare to find negative reviews. I'd rather shut up and put a stone on it rather than write bad but when you're pulled there's little to do. In addition to my review, I attach to that of another user who, previously, had reported a disservice similar to what I found. Thursday night I call to book a table for Saturday and I'm being asked if I'd prefer inside or outside? I answer absolutely inside and explain also the motivations: air conditioning and avoid mosquitoes. Saturday evening I introduce myself, I limit myself to giving the nominative and my interlocutor, without adding anything else, you tell me but how come you entered? Your table is out....you will not be confused during the reservation believing you have said you have booked in? I repeat that I did not get confused because it is not my custom to eat out for the same reasons I had indicated during booking for this it was impossible. The boy does not care to expect any different solution, to admit that there may have been a distraction on their part...nothing about all this indeed... says we prepared out also because we saw the weather conditions (after a quarter of an hour came the storm and the hail as never before), if he wants the table is out! Of course, I left and reserved myself to say that, in the future, I will have to record the phone calls, which I will certainly not do with them because they will not see me anymore. I've never had such an embarrassing thing, I can understand the service that might not work but cling to the mirrors to blatantly offend the intelligence of others is too much. That's why I wanted to reconnect to the review of that other user who felt he had not booked and even made it by calling a wrong number. I let imagine the discomfort of having to find a table on Saturday evening, in the rain swinging though I preferred not to affect my dignity rather than to lower myself to a pale teasing.

I don't put 5 because pizza is great but you have to be careful with the ingredients. I better explain, the pizza Viola arrived at the table without mozzarella in the center (and menomale because in my opinion it is out of place). Then maybe it's too small... And the burgers don't think it's the strong point of the place, definitely better.

Finally a digestible pizza, light and perfect in every ingredient. The perfection and quality of the products are perceived. In the city center but without confusion. Only advice: improve desserts.

Great pizza, light dough with quality products accompanied by excellent craft beers. Very refined place, perfect for spending pleasant evenings in company. Very recommended.
