Avaliação da contribuiçãoI just ordered two cups of black coffee that are currently on sale for $1.00 on the mobile app in advance. I understand it was busy lunch time. After I arrived at the store, I stood on the side of the ordering counter. After waiting for about 7 people to order and pick up their meals, there was no one in front of the ordering counter. At this time, the lady looked at me and I said I would take a mobile order. I have to say that she lacked service enthusiasm. After she brought me two cups of coffee, I smiled and said thank you to her. She gave me an impatient look.
There is an employee (maybe from Africa) works at night shift after 12:00AM , she is totally mannerless. She can give the food to us nicely. But she throws the food inside the car!! Don’t know why!!! Sometimes I go there as a delivery driver. She stick the straw with the paper bag with a sticker but she gives the straw separately. Most of the time we deliver food contactless. We have to place the food outside of customers house. We can’t put the straws in the floor. Common sense!! Today I asked her to stick the straw in bag with sticker. But her behaviour was so rude..I hope the manager of this store will let her know how to behave with customers and how to work properly..

We went to Drive through! The customer service was horrible. They didn’t even say hi to us. The food was cold, didn’t enjoy the meals at all. So disappointed!!!
